Jeremy Meyer is a Los Angeles based Sports and Entertainment Columnist. He was born in Stavanger, Norway and moved to Los Angeles in 1998.
Meyer began his writing career working as the Santa Monica College athletic beat reporter for the Santa Monica Daily Press before taking a job with the Westside Chronicle to work the entertainment and sports beat covering the Los Angeles Avengers arena football team.
While in college he started hosting a weekly news radio show on KWRF bringing students the top news and sports from around the Santa Monica College campus and the surounding community. He also Co-Hosting the weekly entertainment TV show Entertainment Brought 2 You that was broadcast on Adelphia Cable.
Since college he has hosted numerous shows including United Games Inside E3 DVD been a freelance correspondent for MTV2, LateNightDigital TV, LAGTV and Inside The Edge Radio.
Throughout his career he has interviewed many A-list celebrities including Jake Gyllenhaal, Ellen Page, Eliza Dushku, Steven Soderbergh and Charlize Theron. He has also done coverage of forest fires, police shootings and plane crashes in Los Angeles.
Meyer also spent time at Premiere Radio Networks(Fox Sports Radio) and The Hollywood Reporter and wrote about the closure of the Championship Gaming Series.
He currently still resides in Los Angeles and covers the glitz and glamor of Hollywood as the author of the Hollywood Unwrapped column as well as covering the San Diego Chargers for Chargers247.com and realfootball365.com.
